Opening in 2022, Cedar Lake Dental serves all your dental needs. We are a locally owned small business dedicated to keeping quality high and prices fair. Our specialty is dental implants however we perform a variety of dental services including oral surgery and pediatrics.

Dr. Hoffman has practiced dentistry since 2007. He is a graduate of  University of Illinois-Chicago College of Dentistry and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
